I think it ended up taking about 8 or 9 minutes, since the eggs were a bit more confined by the smaller “pan”. I used the settings in your instructions, and just kept adding one or two minutes until I could see that the whites were set. I substituted a ramekin, melted a small dab of real butter that I could roll around in it, then broke two jumbo eggs into the bowl and seasoned with a little salt and pepper. I had to jump out of my chair and fix myself a midnight snack! I don’t have a “pan” for my air fryer… at least not the type shown in your photos…(one will definitely go on my Christmas wish list) but I understood your idea. Your photos, especially the one of the fork breaking that runny yolk, made it impossible for me to wait until breakfast to try this simple dish. I’m relatively new to the world of air frying, and above all things I’m looking for “simple” and “easy”, and of course,”tasty”. I just found you… through a google search on “how to fry an egg in the air fryer”.
